Aeva Lee Zwygart passed from this world on March 25, 2015 in the arms of her parents. Aeva was born on November 4, 2014 with Hypoplasitic Left Heart Syndrome. After her first heart surgery she was able to spend two wonderful and joyful months at home with her family in Nampa, Idaho. She is now resting in the arms of the Lord. Aeva is survived by her parents Jordan and Heather Zwygart, and her older sisters Ella and Cora. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N. Midland Blvd. in Nampa, Idaho.
