Obituary

On May 9, 2016 Derek Oliver Stapleton was taken away from us all way to soon. Derek was born January 8, 1977 to Martin Stapleton and Debbie Fitch Stapleton in Nampa, Idaho. Derek grew up in Nampa and had a son Colby Michael. He later had two other children Abagael Brincken and Able Brincken with his fianc and the love of his life Taniea Brincken. They were his whole world and he loved them more than anything. Derek also loved his family very much: his dad Martin and mom Hilary Stapleton; brothers Micah Kneidl, Shane Brooks; sisters Tammy Brooks and Tiffany Dominguez; his nieces: Kymberly, Kynlee, and Ohraylia; his nephews: Micahel, Joel, and Grady. If you were his friend you were more like family to him. Derek was the kind of man that if his family or friends needed his help he would be there even to give his last dollar or the shirt off of his back. Derek loved and cared not just with his heart but his soul. We have been so blessed to know and love him, and to be loved by him. He will truly be missed but not forgotten. Derek was diagnosed with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy but unfortunately he lost the battle with his disease. There is no more pain and or suffering. He was preceded in death with his mom Debbie; his uncle Matt and his grandma Betty, whom he loved very much. From his children: Abagael age 10. "My daddy was a good man he was nice, loving, funny and fun he always made time to play with me and my brother. He would snuggle us and always would tell us how much he loved us and how proud he was of us both, I love him more than anything in the world. He was the very best daddy and I wish he was still here us and I miss so much" Abel age 8, "My dad was a great man and I hope that someday we get to see him again but for now I hope he will rest in peace, I love you more than the universe and I miss him so much." Service: Thursday, May 12, 2016 2:00 p.m. Zeyer Funeral Chapel 83 N Midland Blvd Nampa, Idaho
