Steven Page Young Obituary (1953

Steven "Steve" Page Young left the Earth on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 8:19 pm in Nampa, Idaho. Steve was born on June 27, 1953, in Kennewick, Washington. His parents are Doris and Weldon Young. He was the first of three children. He had two sisters, Chris Sadaj and Laurie Delay. Steve graduated Nampa High School in 1971 shortly after he married and had his first son. He Joined the US Army directly following his high school. Steve was proud to serve his country and loved to share stories of his time in Korea. Steve lived a full and eventful life and was known for his generous and selfless spirit and consistent honesty. He loved rock hounding, leather work, and woodwork. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Steve is survived by his mother Doris Young; his daughters Sarah (Eric) Ludovic-Young, Samantha (Travis) Young; his sisters Laurie (Pat) Delay, Chris (Michael) Sadaj; his grandchildren: Joseph Zamudio, Johnathan Zamudio, Parker Ludovic, Alex Zamudio, Melissa Zamudio, Olivia Ludovic, Addison Young, Scott Young, Neveah Macks and Ricky Middleton; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Paula Young; his father Weldon Young; his son Joseph Young; his stepdaughter Faith Evans; and his beloved grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday July 27 at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N Midland Blvd in Nampa with a visitation at 11:00 AM prior to the services. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Caldwell. We would like to invite all who knew and loved Steven to attend as they feel fit.
